April Horner

 April was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. I’d highly recommend her!  

 April is phenomenal. She delivered my first baby and her investment in me as a mom is so meaningful. I know that she genuinely cares for me and my family.  

April took time to really talk through my ongoing issues, troubleshoot, discuss options. 

 I love April. She is the sweetest person, who makes you feel so comfortable in a very uncomfortable and not so pleasant environment. 

Midwife April Horner is wonderful! Very friendly, warm, knowledgeable and informative. She takes the time to answer all my questions and is very present and attentive when discussing medical history/background. She is caring which makes the experience more comfortable. 

April treated me like family. One of the ways she does this is by the way she talks to people. She engages with full attention and compassion for her patients wellbeing. She is extremely respectful. She made sure that my personal trauma of being mishandles in my lower region was respectfully attended to through our exams. We love how positive and encouraging she is. Many black women feel unsafe in medical facilities but April ensured that experience would never happen to me. On the day of the birth she educated me on the process and some optional courses of actions. She didn't make me feel rushed at all during my labor. Lastly she stitched me up like a artist. My healing went tremendously well.  .
