We are excited to announce the addition of Nutrition Services by Maria Kennedy, MPH, RD, LDN.  Our nutrition care includes complete nutrition assessments and individualized nutrition care plans for patients based on their needs, medical conditions and lifestyles. Specializing in the following:

·         General nutrition/wellness
·         Diabetes/Gestational Diabetes
·         PCOS
·         Weight Loss
·         Chronic anemia
·         Nutrition needs during pregnancy
·         Postpartum/Breastfeeding nutrition care
·         Nutrition for allergies and food intolerances including Celiac
·         Nutrition for gastrointestinal disorders such as Crohn’s or diverticulitis /diverticulosis.

Weight Loss Behavior Modification

Our one-on-one counseling with our Staff Nutritionist helps you to lose weight and keep it off by making conscious, permanent lifestyle changes. You’ll learn new ways of thinking and behaving while developing healthy weight loss attitudes and skills. Our Dietician create a program exclusively for you based on regular foods that you can buy at the grocery store. Then, we stay on the job, with individual counseling and monitoring, to help you keep it off. A mild exercise component is also part of your program.
